Relevant financial services or compliance qualifications
Skills & Experience
- Proven T&C experience at Manager level, ideally within an HR or compliance function.
- Experience of working in an FCA regulated environment with a good understanding of T&C requirements.
- Ability to develop effective working relationships at all levels across the Group and in particular with senior management.
- Ability to think commercially and apply knowledge pragmatically.
- High degree of accuracy and excellent communicator both verbally and in writing.
- Numerate with good IT skills.
