This global fintech with 18 offices worldwide and award-winning products is looking to appoint a tech/IT and commercial contracts legal counsel to its EMEA Legal Team.
In this role you will advise on complex tech/IT and commercial legal issues, drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of agreements including software license agreements, SaaS, interface development agreements, data licensing agreements and related service agreements with software vendors, connectivity partners, financial data providers and other IT service providers.
You will also advise on a broad range of commercial contracts and queries relating to IP, employment, finance and procurement matters.
You will have trained and qualified at a top City law firm, be a UK/Common Law qualified lawyer with a minimum of 3 years' PQE negotiating complex commercial contacts.
This role will ideally be based in Paris, or be split between London and Paris or Luxembourg.
