Our Client a leading regional Legal 500 Firm is looking to recruit at the solicitor in the Residential Property & Estates practice in the London office.

This is a great opportunity for qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer to join a growing team! The Residential Property, Farms & Estates team deal with all different areas of conveyancing, from clients that are buying their very first property to clients that have a portfolio of properties.

Duties will include:

Manage a caseload of residential property files, under supervision, dealing effectively with cases and transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, leasehold extensions, Re-financing and re-mortgaging, affordable housing and transfers of equity.

Deal directly with client to take instructions and ensures full understanding in order to deliver on client expectations.

Research and draft article and assists with the production of marketing materials.

Begin to develop a network of clients, contacts and potential referrers and attends networking events.

Encourages juniors/ trainees and gives feedback to assist their learning, effectively delegating tasks where appropriate.

Skills & Experience:

Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.

Experience within residential conveyancing area of law.

Ability to manage own files with minimal supervision.

Strong client management skills with a focus on delivery of excellent client service.

Organised and able to effectively prioritise.
