Taylor Root is seeking a Practice Development Lawyer to join the Employment & Rewards team of a leading global firm.
Focusing on Share Plans & Incentives within the Employment & Rewards team this role will require you
- Create, monitor and maintain precedents, guidance notes and know-how for the Share Plans & Incentives team
- Maintaining a range of 'value add' documents and resources;
- Assisting the fee earners as required with client facing work including research, recording time against client files when appropriate;
- Delivering knowledge services to clients and targets, including: drafting client-specific and general client/target updates, keeping clients and targets informed of legal developments and horizon-scanning;
This role will require some travelling to other offices around the UK and there is the provision for client training as well.
The successful candidate should have at least 4 years share plans and incentives law expertise and experience and the ability to communicate technical language in an easy to understand manner.
