NQ Litigation Solicitor

Top tier global law firm based in Bristol are keen to recruit a NQ+ solicitor with a litigation bias in their current role looking to join a tier 1 professional liability team.

The Role:-

- Assist partners on high value and complex professional indemnity claims, defending claims against a broad range of professionals including solicitors, accountants, surveyors, architects, brokers, accountants etc,

- Assist on policy coverage disputes as well as client meetings and business development opportunities

- Work with a range of insurer clients in the South West and London

The Person:-

- NQ solicitor, ideally with professional indemnity experience

- Applications from NQ solicitors with a seat in commercial litigation, civil litigation, insurance litigation with a demonstrable interest in professional indemnity are encouraged to apply as full training will be provided

- Must have a strong academic record
