Our client is seeking a newly qualified, clinical negligence/personal injury lawyer to join them in September. The department is top-tier for clinical negligence work and undertakes complex, multi-track matters which often have cross-border elements. The team is known for giving an 'impeccable level of service' and the role would be a fantastic opportunity for a clinical negligence lawyer at the outset of their career.
As a junior lawyer in the team, you would be working alongside two senior associates and you can expect client exposure and autonomy from the outset. You will have the opportunity to build your own case load and assist more senior team members on complex cases to build your experience. The firm is Top 50, and offers excellent training and the freedom to undertake your own Business Development, as well as offering a great culture and good work/life balance.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Some clinical negligence experience and an understanding of the workings of a clinical negligence claim.
- The ability to work with efficiency and problem solve.
- Flexibility, organisation and the ability to work well under pressure.
