A unique opportunity exists for a National Conveyancing Manager to join our market leading retirement living practice (RV), supervising our large and successful retirement villages conveyancing team.

Our client is leading the way in Retirement Villages and Seniors Living Law with the most successful retirement living team in Australia. Their RV practice continues to grow from strength to strength, working with the largest retirement village owners and operators nationally.

The firm has been named the 2022 'Law Firm of the Year' for expertise in Retirement Villages and Senior Living Law, recognising the efforts of a large number of partners and their teams.

Your Role

As part of Australia's leading RV team you will have the opportunity to work in a booming and interesting area of law while being well supported with state of the art technology and systems.

In this role you will be leading a large and high-performing team of paralegals, team administrators and registration clerks, with support from dedicated lawyers, senior lawyers and an experienced team leader. The team is based in Brisbane but they undertake work nationally for our clients.

Working closely with the Partners, you will enjoy a collaborative working relationship within a supportive team environment.

The Ideal Candidate

We welcome applications from candidates with:

  • significant residential conveyancing experience - experience in retirement villages law is desirable but not essential
  • exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including demonstrated experience supervising and mentoring a team
  • a very strong client focus and demonstrated ability to form enduring relationships with peers and clients
  • strong commercial acumen
  • excellent attention to detail
  • the ability to continuously juggle multiple priorities.
