We are exclusively supporting a leading UK transportation company. Not only do they have business in the transportation sector but also within the tech and telecoms industry too! You will work in a great team of lawyers, receiving hands on support and good quality work. This role has a generous salary, bonus structure, and would best suit someone at the entry-mid level.

As Legal Counsel you'll work within this highly regarded transportation business that also has reaches within the telecoms and tech sector.

Role Overview

The team deal with high-value contracts and in this role you'll take full advantage of a broad in-house role including

  • Advising, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts such as supplier agreements
  • Advising on regulatory and compliance issues, including data protection
  • Providing support on customer disputes and other litigation, with external counsel if necessary
  • Liaise with the Co Sec team, along with other teams within the organisation


What they're looking for

You'll be a entry-mid level lawyer with experience in commercial law, and as an additional bonus, litigation. Ideally, you'll have worked within a well-regarded law firm. Although lawyers with relevant in-house experience will also be considered.
