This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the leading international commercial law teams in Brussels. The team is known for giving pragmatic advice in a commercially sensitive way, across a wide range of legal issues. The successful candidate will give advice to clients on the legal and regulatory issues that arise at each stage of their international supply chains, from structuring and manufacturing, through cross-border trade, to sales and distribution in local markets. In addition to giving advice, the team also acts for its clients during any litigation that arises at any point in the supply chain process.
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- 3-5 years' experience in a relevant area, whether that be advising on commercial trade contracts or litigation
- Qualified lawyer with a Belgian law degree
- Fluent in Dutch
