A British multinational organisation is now seeking an experienced Employment Counsel to join it's global legal team.
You will be providing general employment law advice on a broad range of topics, including but not limited to HR policies; disciplinary and grievance processes; performance management;, restrictive covenants; restructurings and TUPE transfers; data subject access requests; employment litigation, contingent labour matters; and executive recruitment and terminations. You will be working across the UK and EMEA business, and be advising senior stakeholders in different locations.
The ideal candidate would have qualified at a top city law firm and ideally have had some in-house or secondment experience. This is an excellent opportunity for an employment lawyer looking to make their first move in-house, or for those looking to make a lateral move into a global organisation where you will be part of a high-performing and valued legal team.
