This London headquartered top-tier Banking practice are looking for talented Lawyers to join a number of their banking and finance teams, including the leveraged finance, structured finance and restructuring teams.
With the local market in short supply, we are partnering with the firm to identify candidates from other common law jurisdictions, including Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. You'll contribute technical expertise, commerciality and a global perspective to complex, novel and nuanced global transactions, on behalf of creditors and debtors.
