This global investment bank is looking to appoint an employment lawyer to join its Employee Relations Department.
In this role you will advise on a broad range of work including settlement negotiations, redundancies, grievance and disciplinary processes, contractual issues such as bonus schemes and restrictive covenants, and general HR queries.
You will have recently qualified from a top City law firm or financial services organisation and looking to specialise in employment and Employee Relations work and have gained a minimim of 6 months' experience as a paralegal or trainee.
