This leading corporate bank is looking to appoint a Corporate M&A/ECM lawyer to its EMEA Legal team in London.
In this role you will support the bank's group Corporate and Treasury Legal Function and advise on matters relating to the Companies Act, UK Corporate Governance Code, UK Market Abuse Regulation and UKLA Listing rules and Senior Managers Regime (SMR). You will also lead and advise on strategic projects relating to equity issuances, share buy-backs and advise on M&A transactions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded M&A/ECM lawyer to join a leader in corporate banking. This role will suit a corporate lawyer looking to move into a broad advisory role.
Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide. However we are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil the role.
