Construction Lawyer in Birmingham
Our client is a leading UK law firm with offices across the country working together as one collaborative national team.
The construction team at this firm advises on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious construction matters for a great mix of sector clients to include; contractors, developers, industry professionals, public sector bodies, banks, insurers, sub-contractors and other financial institutions. The national team is led by partners with a vast array of experience working both in private practice and in-house at major industry leaders.
Our client now seeks an additional non-contentious construction lawyer to join their busy team in Birmingham. At this level you would be working closely with senior colleagues for a great mix of household name clients on all aspects of non-contentious work.
This role will involve client contact from the outset and you will be expected to forge excellent client relationships and deliver high quality service. Our client is looking for a non-contentious construction lawyer with experience of advising developers, contractors and consultants on; development and infrastructure projects, real estate and corporate acquisition work. At this level it is expected that you will have excellent technical knowledge including a firm grasp of standard form construction contracts and associated documents.
Given the firms lack of hierarchical structure and clear plans for growth of the national construction team, this is a great opportunity for a lawyer looking for quick progression and recognition for hard work. The firm offers highly competitive salaries and comprehensive benefits, recognises the need for flexible and innovative working practices and supports agile working.
We specialise in the recruitment of lawyers across private practice and in-house in the Midlands region. For an initial conversation about this opportunity please get in touch.
Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide. However we are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil the role.
