This international insurance company is seeking an ICSA qualified Company Secretary to join their London team.
As the Company Secretary, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Full Board & Committee meeting support
- Building a corporate governance framework for any new relevant entities and contribute to the development and refinement of the International governance structure
- Advising on governance and corporate law matters
- Company Secretarial oversight of European branch offices and statutory filings with local registers
As the Company Secretary, you must be fully ICSA qualified with previous financial services experience. Insurance expereince is a plus but not a pre-requisite. Previous experience dealing with CoSec matters in Europe would also be a plus.
This would be a great role for someone looking to take a step up in their career and get involved in international work. The organisation are also happy to consider individuals looking for a part-time role of 4 days a week.
