The firms' tier 1 real estate team handles some of the best deals in the market with a focus on big-ticket investment deals (often for overseas clients), private equity real estate, large developers and property companies, and corporate HQ moves.
The real estate practice acts for investors, funds, property companies, banks, and developers in a variety of investment, development, and finance transactions.
The successful commercial property solicitor is likely to have upwards of 3+ PQE with a solid commercial property background gained at a Top 200 or international City law firm.
The firm is open to individuals seeking to work 4 or 5 days a week, and the firm is operating to a 40% working from home policy which could be flexible, although working fully remotely will not be considered.
