This global investment management firm is looking for an Assistant Company Secretary to join their team in London.
This is a newly created role which will largely focus on the organisations board and its global subsidiaries with responsibilities related to corporate governance, compliance, and board of director matters.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Effectively plan, hold and record board and committee meetings. Ensure the appropriate supporting business units provide papers on-time and in an appropriate format for presentation at a meeting
- Serve as the official record keeper of corporate records including board minutes, circular resolutions, bylaws and charters, and ensure official records are properly secured and in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Prepare applications and other required compliance filings to maintain business qualifications in various jurisdictions
You must have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role and experience making filings with the FCA and experience with the CSSF (Luxembourg) is a huge plus.
