This international organisation is looking for an assistant company secretary to join their team in Slough.
Some of your responsibilities as assistant company secretary,. will include:
- Attending to corporate secretarial tasks including but not limited to amending articles of association, company name changes, share transfers/allotments/pledges, incorporations, change of auditors, change of registered office address, change of names and transactional approvals.
- Drafting documents such as board and shareholder minutes, stock transfer forms, bank mandates and Office of National Statistics Survey forms
- Drafting and maintaining powers of attorney and responding to authorized signatory requests.
- Co-ordinating and provide response for KYC (Know your client) requests.
You will be responsible for maintaining statutory compliance for the UK, European, Middle East African (EMEA) companies and branches along with being fully accountable for drafting board and shareholder minutes and other corporate documents.
You will have significant experience in a company secretarial role and be confident in performing this role as a stand alone position.
