Assistant Company Secretary

The role will involve:

* Developing digital information systems and record keeping to support good governance across the Group
* Develop and improve systems and processes to help enhance governance practice
* Maintain and improve corporate databases, including Blueprint
* Provide information as required to group functions and regional businesses
* Ensure timely filing of company information
* Maintain statutory registers and ensure the company registers and records are up-to-date (both paper and electronic)
* Incorporation, re-registration and winding up of companies
* Develop close relationship with global offices and local advisers to ensure statutory and regulatory compliance of non-UK registered entities and branches
* Regularly review local laws to ensure compliance; review of constitutional documents in line with local laws and best practice
* Identify and recommend changes to meet changes to local laws
* Provide technical company secretarial and governance advice to support the business to deliver and meet the corporate requirements
* Arrange notarial certification/legalisation/translation of documents as required
* Develop and maintain the relevant content on the Group's intranet
* Support with transactions/financing as required

The successful candidate will have:

- Experience of Blueprint

- ICSA qualified
