You will have at least 8 years' legal experience covering equities transactions, including supporting equities sales/distribution, stock borrowing/lending and prime brokerage transactions and a good working knowledge of OTC equity derivatives. Previous experience managing a team is essential and whilst previous in-house experience is not a pre-requisite, it is highly desirable. No languages required. |
