To meet the fresh flood of Chinese offerings, this firm is emerging again and will reassume the position as one of the IPO powerhouses. After a short drought the market appears to be coming back and this law firm is gearing up in anticipation. A junior to mid-level is sought who has strong IPO experience gained in either Hong Kong or Beijing. The candidate will be fully up to speed with compliance rules and regulations and will ideally have broader corporate finance acumen. Widely seen as one of the best firms this is a great opportunity for a junior lawyer to make a mark in what is a growing market. |
