The Technology & Media team draws on this firm’s long-established roots in the software, internet, telecommunications, sports and media industries to provide wide-ranging legal advice and solutions in this dynamic sector. The technology and media lawyers in London advise on copyright, patents, trademarks, and other proprietary information issues, and are experienced in structuring major technology and media transactions. They are active in a wide range of European regulatory issues and also advise clients and advocate their positions on legislative and regulatory matters before the European Parliament, the European Commission and the national legislatures and ministries. In addition, the lawyers advise clients on IP enforcement and multi-jurisdictional data protection issues.

The firm are now looking to strengthen further their Technology & Media team in London. Ideal candidates will have strong IP skills covering patents, trademarks and copyright and have experience of both contentious and non-contentious work.
