Asha Morzaria - Banking & Finance
Asha qualified as a solicitor in 2000 specialising in Matrimonial Law at a London firm before moving into recruitment in 2005. Asha joined the Taylor Root Interim Division in March 2008 and is a member of the in-house team recruiting paralegals, ISDA negotiators, company secretaries and interim lawyers into the banking & finance sector.

Ben Hirst - Private Practice
Ben graduated in law from the University of Sheffield in 2004. After spending a year working in South Korea, he returned to complete the LPC at Nottingham Law School in 2006. He then worked in dispute resolution before joining The SR Group graduate scheme in March 2007. Ben has since joined the interim team placing lawyers into private practice in London.

Davina Robin - Commerce & Industry
Davina graduated from Leeds University with a degree in Classical Civilisation. She went on to complete her GDL at BPP in London. She joined Taylor Root as a Graduate Trainee in March 2007 and is now a consultant on the interim team, focusing on industry and commerce.

Hayden Gordine - Banking & Finance
Hayden graduated with law and commerce degrees from the University of Otago, New Zealand and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2003. Hayden practised in the corporate department of a top Auckland law firm and upon relocating to London, Hayden had stints with UK and US law firms before joining Taylor Root. Hayden has worked in the London and Hong Kong offices of Taylor Root and is presently a member of the London interim team specialising in the recruitment of ISDA professionals and banking and finance services lawyers and paralegal.

Louisa Mehta - Private Practice
Louisa read politics at Loughborough University. She joined the Taylor Root Interim Division in January 2006 after five years at Badenoch & Clark. Louisa is part of the interim team recruiting qualified solicitors into private practice in London.

Louise Carlton - Paralegal
Louise graduated from Southampton Solent University in 2005 with a degree in law. She then spent three years working within private practice as a paralegal, before moving into legal recruitment in 2008. Louise joined Taylor Root in February 2010 and is a consultant in the London office focusing on the paralegal market.

Michelle Davies - Commerce & Industry
Michelle graduated from the University of Reading with a BA (Hons) in English Literature. Following this she worked for the Venn Group for two years, specialising in interim recruitment; initially for finance within law and moving on to legal interim private practice and in-house. Michelle joined Taylor Root’s interim team in September 2008, focusing on industry and commerce.
Sarah Brown - Banking & Finance
Sarah read law at Cambridge and qualified as a solicitor at Slaughter and May, where she practised corporate finance and insolvency law for three years. She then moved into legal publishing at Chambers & Partners, where she researched and edited the market-leading legal directories for five years. In May 2010, Sarah joined Taylor Root as a consultant on the Banking/FS interim team, recruiting ISDA professionals, lawyers and paralegals into banks and financial services institutions.
