Mark has been recruiting for over seven years and is experienced in hiring partners, teams and associates in to international law firms. He worked in the London office of Taylor Root for three years before relocating to the Hong Kong office in 2009 where he is now manager of the private practice team.

Laurence Munoz - In-house
Laurence is a UK and Australian qualified lawyer with experience of working as an in-house counsel for a financial services firm in London before moving into specialist legal recruitment in 1995. With 15 years’ experience in legal and compliance recruitment (including 3 years with a leading executive search firm), Laurence has a successful track record of conducting a number of high profile in-house assignments including recruiting General Counsel and senior legal counsels for investment banks and multinationals as well as advising clients on the recruitment of compliance professionals. Laurence has lived and worked in Hong Kong for over 8 years and has conducted assignments throughout the Asia Pacific region from Japan to India.

Liam Richardson - In-house
Liam joined Taylor Root in 2004 having completed his LLB at the University of Leicester and LPC at the College of Law in London. After 15 months in the London office, Liam relocated to Hong Kong where he currently focuses on the recruitment of lawyers and compliance professionals into in-house positions within the financial services, commerce and industry sectors throughout the Asia region. Liam has lived and worked in Hong Kong since 2006 and has travelled extensively in the region. He has successfully handled senior and mid-level assignments in a number of Asian cities including HK, Shanghai, Beijing, Tokyo, Bangkok, Seoul, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.
Senan Stewart - Private Practice
Senan graduated from the University of Leicester with a degree in Economics. He then went on to complete the Graduate Diploma in Law and worked at the International Criminal Tribunal of the Former Yugoslavia in The Hague. Senan began his career in legal recruitment in 2007 and worked for Michael Page where he recruited lawyers for top-tier UK and US firms in London. Senan joined the Taylor Root private practice team in Hong Kong in 2010.
Stefanie Nitze - Compliance
Stefanie graduated with a degree in Law in 2003 from Queensland University of Technology. On completion of her degree she worked in compliance at Goldman Sachs and Arthur J Gallagher in the UK. She returned to Australia in 2005 and was admitted to practice in 2006. Before moving into recruitment at Hays in 2008, she worked for the Victorian Government in legal and compliance roles. She joined the Taylor Root Hong Kong in-house team in May 2010 with a focus in compliance recruitment..
Toby Rakison - In-house
Toby has over 10 years’ recruitment experience gained in London, Sydney and Hong Kong. A French and Business graduate, he joined Taylor Root Australia in early 2006 to focus on the Sydney In-House Commerce and Industry market before moving to Hong Kong to join the In-House team in 2010. He now focuses on recruiting lawyers of all levels into the North Asian market.
