Mark Coates - Private Practice
Mark has been recruiting for over seven years and is experienced in hiring partners, teams and associates in to international law firms. He worked in the London office of Taylor Root for three years before relocating to the Hong Kong office in 2009 where he is now manager of the private practice team.

Andrew Wallace - Private Practice
Andrew graduated from University with a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws. He started a company and successfully ran his own business for two years before joining a leading legal recruitment firm in Australia. He subsequently joined Taylor Root in January 2008 and works on the private practice team in the Hong Kong office.
Laurence Munoz - In-house
Laurence is a UK and Australian qualified lawyer with experience of working as an in-house counsel for a financial services firm in London before moving into specialist legal recruitment in 1995. With 15 years’ experience in legal and compliance recruitment (including 3 years with a leading executive search firm), Laurence has a successful track record of conducting a number of high profile in-house assignments including recruiting General Counsel and senior legal counsels for investment banks and multinationals as well as advising clients on the recruitment of compliance professionals. Laurence has lived and worked in Hong Kong for over 8 years and has conducted assignments throughout the Asia Pacific region from Japan to India.
Liam Richardson - In-house
Liam joined Taylor Root in 2004 having completed his LLB at the University of Leicester and LPC at the College of Law in London. After 15 months in the London office, Liam relocated to Hong Kong where he currently focuses on the recruitment of lawyers and compliance professionals into in-house positions within the financial services, commerce and industry sectors throughout the Asia region. Liam has lived and worked in Hong Kong since 2006 and has travelled extensively in the region. He has successfully handled senior and mid-level assignments in a number of Asian cities including HK, Shanghai, Beijing, Tokyo, Bangkok, Seoul, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.
